The NATIONAL ABORIGINAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES CONFERENCE (NABOC) Series is in its 17th year and has developed an enormous following from both Industry and Indigenous Business Groups.

For 2025 we’ve added a fantastic new opportunity for all of our delegates by adding a chance to meet with Senior Buyers from different departments in the Federal Government.

The River Rock theatre will be used as the 80 booth tradeshow area for the GOVERNMENT BUYERS EXPO and our NABOC Vancouver event will be upstairs in the Whistler Ballrooms. The scheduling of the event will allow our delegates to participate in both NABOC and the Government Buyers Expo.

NABOC events always attract Key Decision Makers from Industry and Indigenous communities Canada wide.

As well as 2 mornings packed with 16 very diverse business pitches, we have also allocated lots of time in the afternoons for visiting the tradeshow, attending workshops and having one-on-one networking meetings to discuss the great partnership, joint venture and supplier opportunities that will be on offer at this event.

The Format of the 2025 NABOC VANCOUVER CONFERENCE and GOVERNMENT BUYERS EXPO is as follows:

The networking at NABOC 2025 starts with a welcome reception in the Whistler Ballroom on May 20th from 6pm-9pm.

May 21st, DAY 1

Day 1 starts with doors opening and breakfast being served from 7:30am in the Whistler Ballroom.

We will have 8 business pitches between 8:30am and Noon. Delegates are also encouraged to visit the tradeshow and spend time one-on-one networking with each other.

Over 300 Industry and Indigenous business executives from a vast range of sectors and communities will be onsite to discuss working together on business opportunities . Spend time one-on-one networking with executives from over 120 different Aboriginal and Industry business groups.

After our Keynote Lunch Speech, delegates can spend the afternoon attending a variety of workshops or visiting the tradeshow to network with government buyers and each other.

From 5pm – 8pm that evening we will have a hospitality event in the Whistler Ballroom with live entertainment, food and drinks.

May 22nd, DAY 2

Day 2 starts with breakfast from 7:30am in the Whistler Ballroom.

Starting at 8:30am we will have another 8 diverse business pitches carrying us through until Noon.

In the afternoon Delegates are encouraged to visit the tradeshow and spend time one-on-one networking and meeting with government buyers in the River Rock Theatre.

From 6pm-Midnight we’ll have our banquet dinner with live entertainment, dancing, gourmet food and a host bar.
